I have lived here for a year and it is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings, and rarely can hear the upstairs neighbors. The front staff and the maintenance team are also friendly and assist whenever you have a concern. The grounds are very well kept up (minus red ant hills), I wish there was an additional pool to accommodate the new buildings. Overall this complex is one reason I continue to live in Georgia! Well done!

The Staff at the Village of Rice Hope are very friendly. Lived here since June of 2013. Husband & I are happy with our apartment & love the amenities.
Lived here for a year and I'm about to move out. I just had an emergency plumbing issue on a saturday evening. This complex quickly handled the issue even as severe as it was. Plumbers came out, and now a guy is on the way to clean the carpet. The maintenance guy, Keith, needs a raise for sure. Watching him handle this with a smile on his face the entire time was mind-boggling to me. I would have quit my job. Haha. For that reason, I recommend this apartment to others moving to the area. Thanks for everything.
We've been here since late January and we love it here! The staff is so friendly and efficient and it's so quiet here!
We just moved from there into a new home after being there almost 3 years. I loved living there! We were always treated well and made new friends. It was a blessing to us and we will always think of this place fondly!!
