Recommendedwe just moved in a couple weeks ago, but we already love it here. everyone is so nice and the area is wonderful. they even play community games! we have a community bingo game that starts on the 4th.
I have a friend who lives here and is absolutely miserable. She has a neighbor who pushes their trash off their balcony and into hers which has caused her to have roaches. She spoke to management about it and nothing has been done. The neighbor still does it. She now has fleas in her apartment and she doesnt have a pet! Management doesnt seem to help. Choose carefully if you're going to live here.
I lived there for over a year and loved it, I'd recommend it to anyone, especially the friendly staff up front. They make you feel at home always and a priority! Best office staff I've ever had for an apartment.
I live in San Diego now but I truly loved my apartment.
I was fine with the place and was also willing to deal with the $30.00 apartment rate increase that will be effecting everyone's payment including mine until I went and spoke with the very rude, nasty, snobby and childish "manager" in the main office. They are very quick to turn something on you just to make a dollar instead of being honest and accepting their own faults. Once again, carpets that have old matting underneath WILL stain freshly steamed cleaned carpet over time no matter how many times you clean the carpet.... ... read more
First of all the staff friendly and always willing to help solve any problems you may have. Everything and anything you you may need or want is short distance away.
I moved here last April 2017 and I really do enjoy the apartment complex and the area that it is in. The staff is really kind and helpful when you need anything. I absolutely love living here.
