The worst decision I made as an msu student was living here.
I love the community. Feels like a college environment also you get tons of benefits as well as community events. They are friendly in the leasing office and are quick to help you with any issues.
It's perfect! It's a good place to live and the staff is really helpful. Brelle and Austin are really good to help.
Very nice management however it takes a while for the maintenance to come when you need something fixed. Free internet is nice too.
The community is great, feels like a college community, a lot of people, could use some BBQ grills thoe, great spot I like it here.

Everything gone has good so far! I think a lot of people are frustrated with make ranch, but that comes with welcome week and new management.
Very friendly staff. They are very helpful and put on fun events for residents. Maintenance issues could be resolved a little quicker.
