Simply the best leasing experience I've had till now. Even though I am sitting halfway across the globe I was able to work with ease with the staff in deciding about my future dwelling. The community's on a direct bus route to the university and there's a bus every 10mins to-and-fro. With affordable rates, highly sought after amenities and very good quality interiors, I believe it has been a steal deal for me when I finalized The Village at Chandler for my upcoming academic year at Broad College of Business.
Decent.
I have lived at The Village for the past two years and I have had no complaints. The management/maintenance staff is quick to respond and solve any issue. In addition, having access to several gyms, the indoor/outdoor pool, and other amenities has been extremely convenient. If it wasn't for transferring schools, I would have renewed my lease for a third year!
Hate this place. Walls are so thin you can here the neighbors phone ring & ppl walking thru the main door. They do not care about their residents at all. Over price. Wifi and cable sucks. The list goes on 🙄 Their apartments LOOK nice and amenities are nice but the things that matter most suck.
Highway robbery legally. It's terrible. They don't care about helping on any level. Late fees are processed after 9am? Not the close of business and it's NOT written in their contract. It's really sad what they're doing to these college students. Not to mention at least twice a month the hot water goes out making it inconvenient and they will get to it on their own time, no urgency just deal with it. This is the worse place.
