We were sent the wrong replacement part by the parts division at this location. I have been trying for two days to get a human to exchange it. The phone hold system asks you to push a button every minute and offers you the chance to leave a message that is never returned. I am at my wit's end -- with not even an email address to use!. The small replacement knob to regulate this vent's light cost $30 to boot!
