01/24/24 Hard to get a hold of the people in the office even during their normal business hours. Property manager Andrew is a complete tool. They never salt the concrete in the winter. Never enough parking spots, you end up parking on the street. The gym NEVER gets sanitized or cleaned. They just renovated and the complex is dirty af again. Thanks to the reviews I cancelled my tour 1 minute before the scheduled time. Although I’m not 100% sure about the cockroach, theft and cleanliness issues, they are the biggest problems tenants can face. So I just took a step back. Management should take responsibility and do something about these issues because noone would like to face above problems when they sign 12 month long lease.
Very nice place, near to the downtown! We just recently move in, Khalid Shareef helped us through the application, I have good experience to complete leasing process. appreciated!
I move out at June I have not received my deposit back!!! Nobody would try to help you here!!!
