Would not recommend to anyone. Management doesn’t really work with you to resolve your issues and nothing has changed over time. Previous complaints over the years have not changed. Property management is horrible, they don't answer the phone, they don't even take the time to reply to emails! They take no pride or ownership, their customer service whatever is left, has significantly declined and they will not care at all about any of your concerns. The best service you will get is before you sign an agreement most likely, after they can care less about their community and customers. Management doesn't care about resident issues, especially the towing policies.
RecommendedFirst off let my say that Copperfield is by far the BEST apartments in Middle Tennessee that I have lived at ( and I have lived many places). I have experienced some horrible management from other apartments in Nashville and since living at Copperfield I was proven wrong that not all apartments operate the same. The property is always clean and well maintained, if there is a maintenance request for a unit it is taken care day of request and not weeks later. You can’t have more than 2 guests a night there is no where to park the worst parking management ever plus the gate is always broken you can’t even get back to your own home!
The apartment complex is beautiful & new. But the leasing staff especially Angela is absolutely disrespectful and rude. She was nice the first time we met with her and after that it was rudeness upon rudeness. For the apartment complex, I would vote yes. BUT to deal with that kind of behavior when I wasn’t even LIVING there, can’t imagine how she would have treated us if we chose to move in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX UNLESS THE LEASING STAFF HAS BEEN CHANGED!!! Awful.
Do not ever rent from here. I have had the worst experience ever. Not only have they changed management 5x in the last year, but the place is FILTHY with dog poop everywhere, cigarette butts, illegal drugs (marijuana & crack pipes), and trash. There is very limited parking and guests get towed constantly. Now on my day of move out, right before my movers came, they towed my car. This is a NIGHTMARE!!! If this was the last apt complex on earth to rent from, I would go homeless before I lived here again!!
