Total lack of organization and lack of ownership. I stayed at the views for just under a year and always paid rent on time. I submitted a check for my final month's rent and received an eviction notice a few days later. The manager cleared it up after a few days but there was no apology or sense of accountability. Since I left I received confirmation via mail that there was now outstanding balance. However, recently received an email that I had a $14 balance that would be sent to collections in 5 days. Beware of this place. After 6 months of moving from these aoartments, they sent a bill to a collection agency saying a couple owed money. However when this couple moved out they said they had a zero balance. Very deceitful new management !! Don’t get ripped off. Seriously doing business poorly !
The only people that get 5 stars are Ms Cynthia that helps keep the place nice n clean and always puts a smile on my face and David that fixes everything I break.
