First of all: DO NOT be fooled by the beautiful courtyard and decent apartments. The did the bare minimum to get away with charging people the market rate for the area (or attempting to). I’m not really sure where to begin, so forgive me if this is a bit scatterbrained: The units themselves again are at most decent. The property manager lost their copy of the key to my door (and it had been missing for a long time). Against my instructions, they inspected my apartment while I was not there. When I returned home, several small valuables were missing.
-Dog Park-. The first I year I was here was the worst. The park would have feces in it for days, no bags, trash can overflowing, doors would be broken every week so they would not close. Forget about using the park during the summer during the Late Spring/Summer/Early Fall. Mosquitos that will eat both you and your dog alive within minutes. This is due in part to the constantly running hose that leaks for months before it gets fixed, and the landscape design.
