This place is the definition of a dump, trash and dead roaches littered throughout the building. Management is quite the joke, they have absolutely no customer service skills. I actually emailed their corporate office on 1/5/17 about an incident that took place December 23, 2016, about raw meat sitting out in the staircase, because I had gone twice to the office and asked Eddie to send someone to clean it up, as it posed a health hazard for animals or kids that could end up eating the meat. Been living at the View at Kessler Park since December 2014. This apartment building was actually doing pretty good when I FIRST moved in, management and all. It went quickly down hill around February 2015. Gates not working, entrance doors not locking, no security in building & now that summer is here the pool seems more like its an Oak Cliff community pool instead of a pool for the residents here. I currently live at The View. At this moment I'm not able to sleep (2:36 am). Loud music coming from the penthouse and people yelling. Just herd some people arguing at the parking lot. Not the best place for peace and quiet. Not to mention drunk people on the weekends is very common.
The gates have been broken for 4 months the building at this point is not secure due to the doors to the building being unlocked and poor management. The bistro is open when ever it seems like they want to open here lately and if you have a problem the manager talks down to you, as if you know nothing. The halls and stairwells have been nasty up till last week when they had complaints to the point another company posted flyers asking if the residents where tired of poor management and cleanliness of the building and attitude... read more
