This property is very poorly maintained and managed by a company and people who have no business managing a lemonade stand, much less an apartment building. Let's hope it goes into foreclosure soon.
Terrible place to live. Third floor parking is constantly covered in broken glass and trash. The walls are SO thin! It's like having your neighbor sitting in the same room. Maintenance crew are lazy and incompetent. Any maintenance requests are simply marked as complete without any attempt to fix the issue. Office staff are only friendly and helpful until you've signed the lease. From then on prepare to be ignored, dismissed and outright lied to. Utility billing errors are rampant and widespread. It was good when I moved in. But soon after roaches roaches roaches. Doesn't matter if food is in my apartment at all. Now it's under new management again and everything is great. No bugs everything is way better. Good for the location and price. Hopefully these new guys stick.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They are bad about towing visitors. And they excessively fine residents to gain any extra profit.

I have so many memories here... make sure to get a downtown facing apartment. I love this place.
I have been a resident at The View for the last two and a half years and the property at one point had gotten better but for the last 6 months the property has rapidly started to decline. The staff is attempting to make the property better as far as having events but my concern is the lack of communication to the residents about various changes and my safety. We moved in just a couple of days ago and have yet to observe anything negative. Sunshine, the leasing agent, went above and beyond to provide a smooth process for us. Especially once she heard the horror story we had to tell from a complex who's website looked NOTHING like horrible, stinking apartment we were shown. This place is so cool! Please do not lease from this property or Pinnacle Living in general. I have reported that there is constant drug use on my floor as well as other common areas in the apartment complex and I had been told to reach out to the on-call police officer and I never get a response back. I emailed the regional property manager several times and she had told me that it is not in the on-call police officer's job description to approach drug use in the apartment building?
