It was an one or negative star review but The View management forced me to change my review. Thus, it is 3 stars. It will be a 3 stars review as long as The View keeps charging us the unfair penalty that is against Nebraska Property Law.
I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews, some of you must have grown up with a silver spoon. Of course it’s not the most fancy place but I think it’s not bad for what you pay. If something is broken then maintenance comes and fixes usually within 24 hours. I personally think this is a great place for a college student.
Horrible horrible horrible place to live. The only good thing about these apartments is the price. The management is TERRIBLE to deal with and lacks respect for their residents and any issues that occur. I would definitely not recommend these apartments to anyone.

Tons of options that should fit whatever you are looking for! I just had my apartment upgraded, as they are replacing all the floors and carpets on property, and it’s awesome. Really good option for a group of friends or just a single person looking for their own space. Definitely one to check out!
Since the View has been under new management, there have been so many improvements! New floors and carpet, new appliances, the apartments look close to new.
Fairly please with the view apartments. Super affordable for the quality of the apartments and all the included amenities. Way cheaper than anywhere else I've lived. I've paid much more for less. And the staff are always very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend!
It's been nearly a year since I moved in and I love my apartment.My apartment is a 4x4 and we each pay $360 a month. Upon move in, my roommates and I had issues with aspects of the apartment but maintenance was able to fix most of it. All of the apartments were upgraded about two months ago with new flooring, resurfaced bathtubs, new appliances, and a smart TV. The staff is friendly and helpful.
