I have absolutely loved living at The View! The amenities are super awesome! I mean who doesn't like hot tubbing, working out, tanning, study rooms, a shuttle to and from campus plus more all at their own apartment complex!! The floor plans are really good also! I live in a 3 bed 3 bath and I have a TON of room of all of my belongings. I love that I chose a furnished apartment for only $10 extra at the time! TRASH!!!! THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE! PLEASE DONT LIVE HERE. GOT BED BUGS THE WEEK WE MOVED IN!!!!!!! EVERYTHING WAS GROSS AND BROKEN!!!!! HATED IT!!!!!!!! THEY ARE CHARGING ME $190 IN CLEANING FEES EVEN THOUGH WHEN I MOVED IN EVERYTHING WAS COVERED IN DIRT AND MOLD
Shame on you all for continuing your terrible behavior toward your residents and former residents. It has been two weeks since I initiated the dispute process of fees charged. The fact that you all still have not responded and happily pocketed my fees because I care about my credit is a clear indication that you all do not care to change your bad management policies.
The apartments are very spacious for the price compared to other college style housing. They have been working hard to make it a nicer facility since changing ownership. My roommate’s also has a lease for a 4x2 apartment next year that is $20 less than a new lease that she’s looking for someone to take over. Send me a message if you’re interested.
Close to town but far enough away. The new grill in the pool area is great for entertainment. Also the renovated apartments come with stainless steel appliances, nice.wood floors, and a tv installed for you.
I absolutely love living at the view! All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. Angie and Grady are the best! My apartment is fully updated with hardwood floors and brand new appliances. The pool, gym, hot tub, and outdoor kitchen area are all well maintained. This is a great place for students or young professionals to live! After seeing all the bad reviews I was nervous to sign a lease here, but I'm so glad I did.
