RecommendedAmazing and friendly staff. Very helpful when we needed to have our dryer looked at and fixed. Would definitely recommend them to new students and people moving in to Manhattan
Id give zero stars if possible. Be prepared cuz this one is long! Some of their tenants live in maggots, they cant get their paperwork straight, they have no idea what your supposed to pay and it changes every time you talk to them, people speed through the parking lot with no regards to the children who live here, the contract states you get furniture but its not the case. It’s been a decent experience, nothing special, overpriced, made cheaply. I can live with that stuff, however the people who work at the quarters do not care about you. They care about money, and that seems to be about it. There are little flimsy parking passes that stick onto your windshield, and mine happened to fall off (it’s Iowa, gets hot or cold they could easily fall off). One day I am trying to leave for work. I am extremely unsatisfied with the lack of communication from the Reserve. The TV in my unit has been broken for an entire month!! I’ve reached out to the Reserve about the maintenance request THREE times... by email, over the phone and even in person. Each time I was told that they are waiting for parts and was given no more information. When I asked when the parts are expected to arrive, they refused to tell me. The buildings are old and insulated so the utility bill is very high. I called for maintenance many times they always say they'll put in a maintenance order but nothing, the lady did not even ask for the apartment number lol. A continuing bug problem ever since I moved in. They said they come spray but they never did. If u want to live with roaches causes they place is poorly built come sign here.
