Beautiful hotel and lovely rooms. The pool area was very relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel. I would love to stay here again!

The rooms were beautiful, comfortable beds; they have a great restaurant with very interesting menu selections. They accommodated our wedding group very nicely and I couldn't have asked for anything better!
We celebrated my best friends bachelorette party here and it was everything! We all started our day at the spa. Some received massages, some facials, some both. Everything, every single one of the services were AMAZING. We were all walking out of the treatment rooms looking like we took happy pills. We spent the afternoon in the hot tub, pool and sauna. Had a great spa day with my daughter. We had facials and then a delicious lunch at Marco Polo.
About a week ago in New York we had a blizzard with temperatures in the single digits. My son was stuck at work as his parking lot was not plowed and couldn't get his car out. New York was issued a state of emergency. Rather then stay at his office over night he called the hotel which was about 3 blocks away. They were able to get him a room last minute. He was so glad to not have to shovel out and drive during this blizzard. We are so thankful to the staff and the hotel !!!! Thank you. �
