this is five star for me staff and everybody were kind respectful and helped me in any way they could and went above and beyond I will be back to this hotel every time I go to Long Island I love this place I highly recommend it to anyone that stays in Long Island. I highly recommend going to the spa while you are there and using the facilities. Very nice experience here.... Venue was excellent. I would recommend moving the dining tables in front of the event room,just doesn’t flow properly.
The Hotel Spa and staff was very good. Our room was clean, but the mattress was very uncomfortable, they definitely need to replace it. Everything else was awesome. Our dinner and the breakfast buffet was delicious!
I was pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was. Its definitely not your typical Best Western and will change your mind about the brand. The rooms were nice and big. The staff was super friendly and it was very price conscious
The staff was fantastic going out of their way to make our stay great . The food was spectacular, a varied menu with lots of special dessert treats. The rooms were great, fitness room great, and the swimming pool great fun. I would go for a getaway at another time .
Loved the spa. Very pleasantly surprised based on location how peaceful and serene it was. The area is light and inviting. There are amenities that patrons can use but I wasnt told about it, sauna, jacuzzi etc. I had an 80 minute massage and a scrub. I had to wait a bit but my therapist Christina was pretty good, I slept through most of it. The scrub was probably one of the best Ive had especially the lotion application afterwards which was like another full body massage. Love the products used. Wonderful experience. I arrived 30 minutes early and asked if I could check in, my room was ready and up I went. Since I was going to be staying there after my surgery, my room was far from wedding and convention guests. The room was spotless, housekeeping made an effort to keep the noise down (thanks) and made sure I had ample towels and water. The servers were excellent!
