Absolutely wonderful inviting atmosphere in the Viana restaurant/bar. I was there for a work event, tired from a long day of travel. I had the pleasure of meeting Christina she was the bartender during my stay. She recommended the most wonderful dinner as I have a restricted diet. Everything was cooked perfectly. It was very relaxing and the service was very good I had a wonderful birthday and will be returning.....
We had issues with cleanliness of the floor and bathroom. AC was also loud and short- cycled. We were contacted a few days afterwards by a supervisor who was very nice and gave us a partial refund.
