We were redirected here when the Inn at Great Neck overbooked and had no rooms for us. They offered to transport us to and from the wedding we were now rushing to get to but never bothered to call the car even after a reminder call to the front desk. Will say that Louis the concierge and Mike the van driver who wound up taking us 45 minutes later to the wedding were both very nice and did what they could to help but the front staff are terrible, useless, and have no personality. The management and staff are very rude and treated me like a piece of crap...I am telling everyone I know not to use this place...front desk staff was racist and obnoctious...
Absolutely amazing! From the food to the jacuzzi, game room. One of the best hotels I've stayed in !
Rooms are awesome. Staff treats you like a valued guest, but like family as well. Resistance pool, gym, & spa are lovely - great massages. Food is delicious & chef is very accommodating to your needs - just ask! Viana is wonderful for business and personal travel.
Excellent experience from the time we checked in to the moment we checked out. Extremely romantic atmosphere!
