Excellent experience at this beautiful hotel. My friend and I enjoyed the Stay cation package. The spa was relaxing and very professional. We both enjoyed a massage and facial. Our 5 course dinner with wine was delicious and our package included breakfast as well. Great for a quick getaway.
I was a customer for 5 years. This was one of the friendliest and hospitality hotels I've ever stayed at. Recently, they've had a staff change. In my opinion, they went from a 5 star to a 1 star hotel. I will never stay at this hotel again!!!!!

From the beginning of our stay to the spa treatments, I am so impressed with the level of professionalism and the warmth of the staff. The rooms were impeccable and the beds comfortable. Thank you to the staff for making this a fantastic experience!
No one has any idea as to what is going on at this hotel. First off, checking in was a nightmare. The girl who we sat down had the worst attitude ever. We have a hyphenated last name, so sometimes things are put under different versions of it, and it takes time to pinpoint exactly what was used, since we did not book it ourselves.
