absolutely fantastic stay. we had our wedding reception on 7/7/14, and it was fabulous!! I wanna go back, lol
Sub-par and disappointing. I'm here for a wedding and had no choice in the booking. Given a choice, I won't stay at the Viana again. The first person we encountered at the front desk was rude and didn't seem to know what she was doing. My boyfriend is officiating the ceremony and the bride and groom, also hotel guests, are covering our room.
