The only bad experience I have had are honestly the other people that live here! We are adults! Don't throw your trash down the stairs or let your dogs poop everywhere! But good staff!
I lived here for three years, and it progressively got worse after the first year. Management has flip flopped and it's still garbage. Most of the people in the office are incompetent. Everything is run down and takes forever to get fixed. They let anyone move in so the place is very trashy.
I haven't had very many problems here other then trying to keep up this rent as the rates gradually gets higher every year.
The absolute worst apartments I've ever lived in. Cops getting called at least once a week, Kids smoking dope in the parking lot, drug deals at all parts of the day and night. I got broken into 2 weeks after I moved in with minimal help from the front office, had to tell the stoner kid 5 times to get ahold of my room mate. They pieced together my door frame and it hasn't locked correctly since. I've had a visible growth of black mold inside my apartment for two months now and nothing has been done. The staff are very friendly and helpful here. I am able to have my dogs live with me with no issues which is a big bonus for me. Online resources make it simple to check balances and pay rent. Have only had small issues that required attention from maintenance and they handled those in a timely manner. I'm very happy with my decision to live here!
