Although the staff is helpful, the location is not the best. There is a lot of trouble that sometimes happens (getting robbed, etc.). Sometimes, it is questionable if you are paying a reasonable price for housing.
The Verge is the MOST HORRIBLE place to live and there are so many reasons as to why. 1. The staff are liars, are very unhelpful, and are very rude. I have had so many incidents at the property that I have had to call them for and they rarely do their job. They have been ILLEGALLY withholding my mail from me for the last three months all because they don’t want to do their job and go to the back and get my package. I've been visiting for awhile & I have just gotten approved for a apartment. I'm not sure about other residents, but i haven't had a bad visit yet and hopefully becoming a resident will be the same.
I love The Verge Apartments , I love how helpful the staff is along with the level of generosity. They are very kindhearted people and make you feel very comfortable. I love these apartments and don’t plan on moving.
I love the Verge apartments. The staff is very helpful and they always answer the phone. They are sweet and willing to listen to anything you need and be available to you whenever you need them. Caleb is the BEST!!
The leasing staff is prompt with returning my phone calls, they have answered all my questions. Very helpful staff!
