The apartments aren’t clean units infested with bed bugs and the management team doesn’t care about their tenants. The worse experience ever!! I I Do not recommend these apartments for you college kids!

during renovations between march and april, as a resident I understand that the people need to enter and do their job, but I have a job as well which means I hear noise during the times I need sleep. I shouldn't have to come home to a dirty house that I did not mess up on top of me coming home to my door being unlocked to see no workers inside doing there job.
Worse place to live do not move here. The new property manager is a rude and disrespectful individual. It’s very clear she does not like her job so I don’t even know why she bothers to even clock-in. I would definitely give this place zero stars if I could. Take your money somewhere it’s gladly appreciated which is not this DUMP!!!!!
I've been on the property several times from what I've seen 12 / 18 to this day in January there has been a lot of work going on . I've talked with all staff personnel and they are very polite. All the residents that I've met seem to love it there. I know some people talk about crime but with on site security I think it's been cut 90%. there will always be some problems with crime , grounds keeping , and even maintenance but it's also the residents that should help with some of the issues.
The police are here every other day whether for armed robbed. Then, after the incidents, the Verge never checks up on tenants to see if they are ok or if they need anything. I have had a mice in my room before. However, I will say that the maintenance is superb especially Cesar. He makes sure to get everything fixed, and he makes sure that it all stays fixed. Despite their faults, maintenance is always on time to get things fixed.
