The apartments are very nice & well taken care. And the staff is friendly too! And they are very helpful & quick to help with any issues especially Emily S always willing to help resolves any problems that comes her way. Would recommend living @ The Verge it’s a 10/10 for sure!!! Great student living & very close to campus!!
Really nice apartments, especially for a college town! They are affordable and really close to campus. Their office staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, especially Emily S! They also have great maintenance staff that resolves issues in a timely manner. 10/10 recommend!!
I have had an excellent experience living at The Verge! Apartments are new, very spacious and reasonably priced. Office staff, especially Lauren, are all extremely kind and helpful with any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend living here if you’re looking for an off campus apartment!
Nice new apartment and the staff is very responsive and friendly. Please note the train noise in the middle of the night and the lack of concern and humanity in the wake of the Covid 19. They are hiding behind the fact that they are not affiliated with the University and not providing any rent reductions in light of the fact that most students are now at home. Most of their residents are students. Shame on them.
The apartments are in a good location and they are pretty spacious. However this is the only positive thing about them. The internet connection is terrible, not even youtube videos will load. The internet is bad to the point that it cut out in the middle of an online exam and i couldn’t finish it. People keep complaining about it but they do nothing but lie to them by telling them they are working on it but they give no fix dates.
