RecommendedGiven all the Verge offers, I think its a great experience for the price! I love the set up of the apartments, it looks very modern and classy. The gym is so well kept and clean, unlike at my current residence, which is a big issue for me. And it is so spacious; I'm so excited to live here! Additionally the staff is really friendly and helpful- if you are interested in checking it out ask for Blake, he gave me a tour and answered all of my questions with ease
Blake showed me around the Verge and it looked like a great property. He was very helpful and showed me the different options they have. Great experience.
I love the verge apartments, they have a wonderful workout facility and a lounge room that’s always stocked with coffee. I was hesitant to switch from a dorm to an apartment, but this place is beautiful and the floorplans are so open and clean. Blake and the rest of the office staff are always so upbeat and helpful, I know this is where I’m gonna sign for my senior year!

I toured the Verge this past year and everything was in good shape. The location was in a safe part of town and the grounds and apartments were well kept. The staff was very helpful! Blake, at the front desk, was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Seems like a great place to live!
My Miami student likes his clean and spacious apartment, the amenities, and the location at The Verge. I like the office staff because they are friendly and willing to answer my questions. Thank you Blake for answering my questions today! We will definitely be back next year and maybe in the future if our other child chooses to become a Red Hawk!
Blake in the office was super helpful and answered all my questions. He's knowledgable about not only the Verge, but the greater Oxford area as well. Super straight forward guy with a no B.S. attitude.
My best friend lived at The Verge last year. I was always over at her apartment because it was so nice and close to campus! I love how new and modern the units are. The maintenance staff is also super helpful. I definitely wish I had another year left to sign and live at The Verge!
The verge apartments are by far the nicest of off campus housing options for Miami students! Everyone at the office is incredibly nice and helpful to their residents as well. Emily S. is someone that has most recently helped me with a problem and fixed it so smoothly. I recommend living here as a Miami Student!
