My experience at Ion has been good! The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and willing to help you. The location of the complex is also a great plus!
Constant German roach problem almost every night and found a bunch of dead ones behind the fridge and stove. People definitely don’t clean the apartments before moving in and claimed they would have professional clean before moving in. Professional people should have sealed any cracks and gaps they come through, especially since the kitchen shares same wall with a janitor closet.
