I would like to bring to your attention the negligence of the ion at the ballpark previously known as “the venue at the ballpark.” I lived in this community for 4 years and have never seen it run so poorly. Lauren and Sky are very dismissive and unprofessional. When asked for help they portray it as an annoyance instead of trying to make the community better. Property management gave the impression they were willing to work with United Way/Priority Veteran in assisting disabled veterans remain housed while going through financial and health complications, but failed to locate veteran rent assistance payments totaling over $3,000. The “if u could give zero stars i would” comments don’t even SCRATCH what i really want to say but i will say this… I think nonchantly threatening eviction repeatedly to a disabled veteran is incredibly un-empathetic. I also think it’s insane that a rent payment totaling almost $4,000 can be lost in the mail, and you are continuously charged late fees as they are unable to account for it… I also think accepting 3 months of rent from a veteran rent assistance program, and then not even a week later relaying their newly signed... read more
Lived there for 4 years. It was great at first, but really went downhill after the buyout by Scion. It went from a general downtown apartment that was kept up with to a college dorm with young RAs essentially as managers and much less focus on residents (“burn and turn, college kids don’t need to be happy for long”). Constant maintenance issues, elevator down most of the last years, hallways dirty. And mgmt will smile, give you nice words, but fix nothing, as they have no experience or budget from Scion.
