Warm, kind and very professional office and maintenance staff. Beautiful facility and lots of great free community amenities and events! The venue is the best!
It's ok It is not the best apartments in the area, but it is far from the worst. Maintenance usually has a good turn around time and do a good job. The inside the apartments are okay and the walls are not too thin. The dumpsters are constantly overflowing and they are strict on parking. Management needs to do a better job. Overall the apartments are decent for college students.

The Venue Apartments If you are moving here, make sure that you ask to tour the exact unit you will be moving into. We settled on just looking at a random one and ended up with something totally different that what was shown. There were many things wrong with the apartment, it was very dirty, and there are cockroaches. We have asked many times to have our problems fixed, and received promises that they would, but nothing has been done. It is a nice enough apartment, just wish we had a better personal experience.
