Units themselves looked great at first (moved in right after remodel) but I've had too many cosmetic issues to recommend it...not to mention the water issue. Staff is friendly but tends to be forgetful. Maintenance guys are cool when the eventually show up. Let's talk about parking...so the visitor parking is this mythical space that only Greek gods can find. Don't live here? Don't have a permit? The leasing agents are all very friendly and willing to help with most things, but the prices jump up about twice a year. I have had excellent neighbors during the time I have lived here.These are very nice apartments and one of the nicer complexes near UNT unfurnished or furnished, However with that in mind the prices are steep. This place is dog friendly, which is wonderful, but when there is a genuine problem such as dogs barking all hours of the night, those in charge seem either unable or unwilling to do anything about ... read more
