Incredible lack of help solving billing issues, tried charging us $500 a month for electricity the first couple months. Then sent final bills directly to a collections agency before giving us a chance to pay them, and when I asked for their contact info I was told to Google it. All the staff I have dealt with seem to be incompetent college students, there seems to be no “adults” running things. Not to mention the maintenance issues
