The apartment complex is exploitative of students holding them responsible for a full month's rent when the student moves in the middle of August. This is a scam and future residents need to be made aware of such practices
Very nice people working in the front office. I really enjoyed the facility/amenities of this complex. Gated community- which is a rarity it seems in this town! Hoping to sign a lease here- just stinks nursing school isn't a good enough reason to get out of a 12mo lease. Otherwise, great complex!
