I returned a piece of jewelry I purchased and they would only give me store credit, which is bad enough. I was told the store credit never expired, but when I went to use it about a year later, what was $65.00 was now $3.00. All my attempts to contact customer service were completely ignored.

When my order had delivery issues with Canadapost and got super confusing for both the store and me, Michelle and her team were so friendly, accommodating and understanding through the entire process. In the end I was able to place an order again with items that are my new favourite earrings!!Thank you so much
Was at The Vault today picking up a birthday present. I had Cindy helping me pick out a birthday gift for my girlfriend. She was incredibly helpful, and super nice! The store was super clean, and located well. The store had a vast variety of very well priced jewelry, with all kinds of intricate and unique designs, definitely a great option with the price of gold and silver being so high!
The Vault has a variety of unique and cool designs at super reasonable prices. The staff are incredibly sweet and accommodating, and the store is local which is another great reason to support it! Will definitely come again for more purchases soon!
