I have never witnessed someone being treated so unfairly in my life. How do you drop off a vacuum cleaner and are given the wrong one. When you realize an error has been made & bring it to management attention & show them proof of purchase they make racist comments about “you people!” I do not recommend them!!!!!!!
I went to this place to get my vacuum serviced on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 and I went back to pick up my vacuum a few days later on Saturday, October 17th and I was not given back the vacuum that I had requested to be serviced. I spoke with the manager/ owner and she was not being cooperative. Please beware don’t use this place!!! Bad service and not good customer service
I do not recommend this place at ALL!! The owner spoke racist statements to my friend. After my friend notice the owner gave her the incorrect vacuum cleaner. She argue with my friend regarding the issue as if my friend didn’t know what her vacuum looked like. The owner didn’t not correct the situation at ALL. Now my friend is stuck with someone else vacuum 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️. Please do not visit this place under any circumstances.
RecommendedI took my Dyson here for repairs and I have to say I am impressed. Dropped it off at 11:15 and had a call by 1:00 that it was ready and the total cost was under $40.00, I thought I was going to have to buy a new vacuum and was dreading it. I highly recommend them.
