This place is great – This place is great. I've bought RAM, a 24" monitor, keyboards, etc. It's probably where I'll go to buy my next laptop once my Macbook core duo is obsolete. I've also sold them surplus monitors and keyboards.
It's also good for the environment – I went in here looking for a particular kind of power cord that I was having trouble finding elsewhere, and they happened to have it, so I was really happy, and I don't think the price was unreasonable. It's good for that kind of thing. I also like the idea of buying things used rather than buying more new stuff and letting the old stuff go into landfills.
They're really great! – I highly recommend them to all that are looking for a used computer they're really great!
helped me out a lot – SO GLAD to find this store and discover it was open until 8 pm. Read the most recent review which was great, but a little concerned about the lesser reviews. I called anyways and chatted with Jeff. He put me on hold to check the inventory to make sure he had the correct charger before I drove over from Oakland. The price was appropriate. When I arrived he grabbed the charger, ensured that it worked properly, and reminded me that there was a 90 day warranty.

Extremely helpful – I spoke to Bill and he was extremely helpful and stood behind their generic brand for batteries. He assured me no one has ever come back with a problem with the product but promised a 6-month warranty. He also gave me lots of unsolicited advice about how to keep my G4 happy 'til its very last day. Which in this economy, you bet your bottom's dolla that's what I'm gonna do.
Thank you, thank you! – While my mom was visiting me for a week from FL, she went to this store and they spent probably 2-3 hours with her teaching her how to use her computer! Which is incredible! Thank you, thank you, nice people who work there!
This place is THE best! – This place is the best. Functional archival quality in those hard to find components. As for all those whiners complaining about the service....Ever been to AJAX dismantlers for a water pump, this is the same thing except for computers so if you want service try CompUsa. Just keep driving around, you'll find one; eventually.
Excellent customer service! – Both the sales person and the sales manager gave me excellent customer service!
