Incredible – While my mom was visiting me for a week from FL, she went to this store and they spent probably 2-3 hours with her teaching her how to use her computer! Which is incredible! Thank you, thank you, nice people who work there!

Very Patient – I have bought 2 computers from these guys and what was paid was more than made up by their further service. admittedly their return policy could use some work but Bill and the other staff there have been very patient with all my stupid questions and I would use this store agai

My HS senior came home from school with six hours of homework only to discover that his computer charger had died. He was panicked. I called Best Buy in Emeryville where we buy everything. Let it ring 20 times. Let it ring 20 times again. Was there really nobody working there who could pick up the phone in the sales department for a customer? talk to them about what you need and they always listen and help out. And, it beats buying some sketchy looking system from a stranger off Craigslist, (as they even offer warranties on used systems they sell).

Prices Were Reasonable – I went in here looking for a particular kind of power cord that I was having trouble finding elsewhere, and they happened to have it, so I was really happy, and I don't think the price was unreasonable.

These guys were great ! I've bought three different computer systems from them over the years and they've always been helpful. I travel all the way from SF just to buy from them. In fact, I'm going back again this week to get a new laptop.

So Much Stuff Here – If your older PC/mac needs a part that you wont find in the retail stores - they will more than likely have it here.

Fairly Priced – Prices seemed fair. The charger was $59 for my son's HP. My charger for my Dell recently died and Dell charged us $150!!
