Good service and scheduling. Appointments kept on time. Dr. Kansas was very informative.
I have been a patient of Dr. Giesler since last August. He has been prompt for all my appointments and knowledgeable concerning my prostate cancer. The HIFU treatment he did last September was very successful and I am very pleased.
I am a long time patient and will continue to be! Always professional staff that will spend the time to understand my questions and concerns. Having multiple locations helps me schedule appointments that will meet my requirements.
Dr. Hardee is AMAZING! She's been my mom's urologist for many years. She always seems concerned and doesn't seem in a hurry when you finally get to see her. The professionalism of the nursing staff has been very disappointing this past week. After trying to make contact 3 times through the portal, and two phone calls, I finally got through to Dr. Hardee. On the proverbial scale from 1 to 10, I'd give the Austin Urology Team a solid 12 ... over the top, Dr. Jones. They are the greatest.
Dr. Jones and the entire team at Urology Team are extremely professional, helpful, considerate and knowledgeable regarding the services they provide. I suffered from prostate and other "plumbing" issues and Dr. Jones and his staff completely cured those ailments. Completely!! I would absolutely recommend the Urology team to anyone with similar issues. They are "Miracle Workers".
I started off here very tough, & unimpressed, but like most stories didnâ??t end there. They really have some of the best doctors available & once I understood how to work with the back office I was comfortable. Then I met Brian Kansas. A doctor you can talk to on any level you desire including spiritual. If you can figure out how to get him on your team, thing will be best they can if you need an urologist. I need not say more!
