My husband has been a patient of Urology Team PA for a number of years, beginning with Dr. Jacobsen and transferring seamlessly to the care of Dr. Hardeman at Dr. Jacobsen's retirement. Dr. Hardee is very competent, professional, and knowledgeable. She diagnosed my condition immediately and prescribed effective treatment. My condition was much improved by the follow up visit, and Iâ??m delighted with the care I received.

urology austin was a great place.. dr giesler was very easy to talk to and he explained everything . my wife was with me and he talked to both of us without disregarding her and i liked that . always asked if we had any questions . the staff from front desk to the nurses were extremely friendly and made it easier to be there... thank you and i recommend urology austin on jollyville to anyone that needs to go

Doctors-A+++. Nurses-A++. Staff-A+. Phone system-F- Fax-Fu- Reservation System Fuâ?? Dealing with their offices is like calling India or China. Good luck!! If you get thru be sure to ask for persons extension otherwise you will never find your way back again. A terrible MAZE

Excellent staff - Professional, courteous, helpful and friendly. From the receptionist to the PA to the Nursing staff and the doctors: First Class in all respects. Dr. Kansas makes you feel like â??one of the guysâ?? in what is often a slightly embarrassing moment. Yet, his professionalism shines through even during those moments when he is attempting to make you feel relaxed. I spent a good number of years in the medical profession. My first visit on 1/11/19 at Urology Austin on Jollyville went well. My appointment was at 10:40 but I didnâ??t get called back to a room until about 11. I was informed of the brief delay by the receptionist. One of Dr. Miranda Hardeeâ??s nurses, Alexis, was very upbeat and positive and set to preliminary tasks, such as blood pressure reading and inquiring the reason for my visit. Urology Team is hands down a great place to go for urology issues. The staff is kind and the Doctors all deserve a mention for their attentiveness and true desire to improve your health. They are as conservative or aggressive about your treatment plan as you feel comfortable. Noone rushes you through your appointment. They are also a one-stop-shop for all extended treatments like bloodwork, sonograms, ct/mriâ??s. Highly recommend this practice.
