Great service! Nice office, welcoming atmosphere. Checking in online on their system before your appointment saves you time and makes the appointment itself even simpler. The front office and check out staff are very friendly. So is Michelle - the nurse that handled my appointment. Last, Dr. Kansas is very nice, easy-going and answered all of my questions. 100% recommended!
This team seems to know exactly what they are doing and has great customer service. A quote from one of the doctor's on the wall in the reception room said: I want to treat my patients the way that I would want someone to treat my family. This is totally similar to a quote I live by: Treat others as you would like for them to treat you. So this took my heart in an instance before even meeting the doctor. Great experience for me! Fiest appointment was mostly consultation and I learned so much in such a short time. Dr. Elizabeth Mobley is great at explaining procedure and treatment! I'm so glad I didn't procrastinate treatment! Can't wait until procedures and treatment for me is complete!

I drove all the way from Midland,TX to see Dr. Giesler. That is a 6 hour drive. The quality of people at this facility is hands down better that the offices here in Midland where I live. The nurse was just as professional and friendly as the doctor. Urology Austin remembers that the patients are people. That is important to me!
