I've been going to the Urology Team at their Jollyville office for approximately 6 years... For the most part, it has been a very good experience... Their office is like many professional officeÂenvironments in that from time to time something urgent in nature comes up just when you have your scheduled appointments... Have to allow for this even though it is bothersome... So all in all, so far, I have had great appointments with the Urology Team as my care provider....
Dr Hardee truly cares for her patients. I never feel rushed and she is a problem solver!
Dr. Miranda Hardee is my doctor and I would not go to anyone else. She is genuine, caring and lets you talk and ask questions without rushing you. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family.
I have had the opportunity to work with Dr. Melody Denson and PA Danielle Manes for over a year now. I go to the Round Rock office. Initial visits were for UTIs and currently kidney stones. NEVER have I worked with such a supportive, informative and, honestly, cheerful team of medical professionals. Dr. Hardeman and the staff at The Urology Team (Jollyville location) provide outstanding patient care and customer service. Scheduling is a breeze, check-in is easy and the wait time to see Dr. Hardeman is brief. The medical support staff are knowledgeable and responsive.
