The nurse practitioner was very nice and informational. Service was fast... In and out in about 30 minutes... The nursing assistant was nice as well...,
Great experience. Mistakenly arrived 15 minutes before they opened and receptionist was very welcoming, allowing me to start the process. Physician had a terrific manner and very quickly diagnosed my problem. Highly recommend and will definitely choose The Urgency Room for any future needs.
Very slow and rude service considering we were only ones there . Never going back .
This clinic is very clean and the staff is fantastic. We have needed these services a few times and the consistence of care has been the same. We have lived in a few states and have needed services like this in the past and have been less than impressed, however this clinic has been a great relief. Dr. Phillips is a sincere caring physician that explained my symptoms and treatment. He followed up with a call in the evening to make sure I was doing ok and feeling better. Visiting from Key West, Fl. My mother in law runs my left foot over with her back tire while I'm strapping my 4 year old in her car seat. Called the urgency room to make sure the had an x-ray machine and a Dr. That could read the x-rays. They did, so went to this location, was met with a wonderful receptionist, paper work super short and easy. Waited maybe 5 minutes, was taken to room, went over everything with nurse. If I could give this faculty zero stars, I would. Waited two hours to have a simple X-ray done on my dad. During the two hours, there were only 2 other patients. One patient was a young boy who they put a bandaid on then made him & his mom wait for 30 minutes for discharge papers. After two hours & the X-ray, they wanted my dad to wait another hour for the X-ray to be read b/c they can't do it on site. This place is a joke. Doris Thompson My experience at the Urgency Room was excellent. Front Staff, Back Staff and Provider were great, as I posted. I was there on January 11, 2016.
Thank you for taking care of me today! All of the staff was very helpful and kind. I love that you can make an appointment online and get a text 30 minutes before your appointment time.
