Upstairs maid review – I am fairly satisfied w/ the upstairs maid. The staff is definitely friendly, and anytime I have had to reschedule or change times, there have be no problems. I have used several different cleaning services in the last 10 years, and no matter how great they are to start, the service level always declines. (maybe if I were bitchier this wouldnt happen, but why should I have to be bitchy to get clean floors and baseboards every time.) Good cleaning service – We are satisfied with the cleanings we receive from the Upstairs Maid, and we would recommend them to anyone!
Worth every penny – My house looked great when they were done. And with my husband, two young and messy children, and a dog who sheds, that is not easy. My floors had never been so clean. They did such a great job. Every surface was polished or cleaned. And the carpets! Wow! I recommend the Upstairs Maid. It probably depends on the team you get cleaning your house.
Rip off – I've given Upstairs Maid another chance and yet again, I'm very disappointed. The return visits get shorter and shorter and the level of cleaning declines as well. I would stick to a more reputable vendor. I won't make a 3rd mistake and give them another chance, I feel cheated out of my money
