A find! Went in because of proximity to our hotel and were treated to excellent cocktails and superb food. Service is top shelf and make sure to ask for Luis as your waitperson...he is awesome!!!
Simply, the food at Upper West rocks. Even for the appetizers, the taste and quality is elevated. Rather than try to convey the tastes and flavors, go there and let your taste-buds inform your mind for you! Their beer and wine selection simply amplifies the quality and experience.
Nice place, good food, tasty Pinot Noir. BUT, they need wireless. Lots of business meetings seem to happen there, so should be no-brainer. Would go to 5 stars then.
