Upper West has my highest recommendation... we were a party of five and everything we tried was very good (short ribs, flatbread, porkloin, pan fried seabass, mac&cheese, key lime pie)... they also had a very nice wine selection and our waitress Maria was excellent and had good recommendations for both food and wine... Great atmosphere, it was packed on a Wednesday night! ... Everything was good value for LA... If you're in the area don't miss this place...
Happy Hour was great experience! Make sure you reserve a table though. Nice drink selection then as well as one of the best Veggie Burgers I've tasted. Enjoyed the hummus too. Artsy restaurant too! Highly recommend.
The truffle-bleucheese-bacon chips are amazeballs.

Service was wonderful. Went for lunch. Lively space - concrete floors, open beams, great art on the walls. A word of caution: spicy stuff on the plate! I think a boatload of harissa was in my sandwich-BLTA and on the veggies on my plate. yikes! My friend had the crab sandwich and it was marvelous. Would love to come back and try dinner.
