Nothing short of excellence! I could eat the short ribs for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the deserts knock me out. So much love goes into this food and I wouldn't think about making a trip out to LA without a visit to Upper West!
A find! Went in because of proximity to our hotel and were treated to excellent cocktails and superb food. Service is top shelf and make sure to ask for Luis as your waitperson...he is awesome!!!
