Don't Do It! – I read all the great reviews and decided to try this place. I went in for a routine highlight and cut. I was put with Penny i immediately asked her how long she had been doing hair and she told me she started in August but had done hair for a little bit before she had children. It took her over 3 hours to highlight my hair and she spent maybe 20 minutes cutting it. Best Salon! – Kecia's started doing my hair in high school. She's super creative and loves to try new things all the time! I highly recommend her :)
LOVE IT! – The first time I went to The Upper Hand I was a little intimidated, being in River Oaks and all, but when I walked in I felt right at home. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Especially Kecia, the girl who did my hair treatment. She was wonderful!! Not only is my hair fabulous, but she was so lovely to chit chat with as well. I would deffinitely recommend this salon and Kecia to anyone looking for a great new do!!
