I have been to this salon twice. Both times the bill came to triple what I expected. The first time I was too shy to ask about the breakdown of the bill. The second time I asked - and WOW what a rude awakening. I came in for highlights ($85)- when the stylist was done putting them in, she said "I will put a toner on you now." Sure - I thought it was part of the process. Nope. another $35 on the bill. Then I asked for a slight trim just to cut off some dry ends. One of the top 100 salons in Houston? I think not. I tried this place after receiving a gift card. My first visit was actually fine. I got a manicure and pedicure. I was offered a beverage and made to feel quite relaxed. The technician was very pleasant. I also visited her again for a facial and enjoyed the treatment. I visited a third time for a manicure only am VERY displeased. She started 12 minutes late. She struggled with the cuticle trimming and polish--both tasks were done very sloppy. This is the best salon EVER! I love my stylist, Penny. Color and cut perfect every single time. And Fibee is a JEWEL: eyebrow tinting, mani-pedi, everything. Everybody in the salon is professional and friendly. I feel pampered when I go there.

I'm not exaggerating, but I have never had such a bad haircut in my life. Hair stylist's name is Holly. I like to texturize my hair, but she couldn't do it properly - not with regular scissors, not texturizing scissors. One of the first things that I told her was that I want to make sure the color covers all the gray hair. It did not! I’m not saying that this salon is bad, but my hair stylist is!
I see Kathy for the Japanese thermal straightening and she is amazing. I have been doing this for 10 years with various stylists and varying results, if done incorrenctly is can be devastating for the hair but when she does it I leave with healthy soft anf bouncy STRAIGHT hair which lasts for almost a year.
