Wonderful!!!! – I evacuated to Houston due to Hurricane Katrina from Louisiana. Feeling not so pretty and under the weather. Went to The Upper Hand Salon were Trish made me feel beautiful! Being a Licensed Stylist myself but not practicing at this time, she gave me one of the best hair cuts of my life. You actually her feeling as if you received a hair cut not just nipping the ends or a hacking. Thank You hope to visit again under better conditions. You are the best!!!
We all love Trish – I have been a stylist hopper for many years bc i couldn't find someone that knew what i wanted. i was recommended to upperhand by a friend and found trish's name listed here. i figured why not. Trish Lecourias (Need I say more) – I too, found Trish here on citysearch: and let me say it's the best I've looked in my life. She is absolutely amazing at her creative side, it blows my mind. I had never meet her and yet gave her all my trust to do what she does best-hair. I am a new women, I feel wonderful and owe it all to Trish Lecourias. Trish is God's gift to hair! – I've been seeing Trish since December when I booked an appt. with her for a haircut based SOLEY on her reviews on Citysearch.com. TRISH IS TALENTED – I decided to make an appointment with Trish since she had all great reviews, and now know what all the hype was about. She is amazing, I really wanted a change but didn't know how to discribe what I wanted. I trusted her and put it all in her hands. Not for nails – Went with a girlfriend for mani/pedi. Owner/manager very nice, thought it would be a good experience. Maybe 9am is too early on Saturday for the ladies performing the services, but both were rude, unattentive, and acted like they would rather have been somewhere else. Did not have cuticles cut or hand massage. With all the competition in Houston for these services, they need to find a way to differentiate themselves with better customer service.
Trish is amazing! – I am new to town and thought I would google The Upper Hand since I am always at Deidrics Coffee Shop. I saw that Trish had alot of great reviews so I decided to make an appointment. She was so amazing with helping me with a new style; one that would look wonderful with my face shape. User review by shisah – Carmella has been doing my hair for about a year now & I always leave the salon 100% satisfied. She makes my hair look amazing every time! She also gives me tips about how to keep it looking amazing & she really cares about treatment for my hair by telling me exactly which products I should or shouldn't use. The salon is a fun place to visit, it's in a fabulous little area. Also, Amy, one of the receptionists, is always so sweet & helpful. I will never go to another salon ever again!
