Went there today because the dr keeps giving me restrictions but dosent put a end date on them because of awaiting approval for surgery thru workers comp . I tried to explain to the doctor what amazon my employer wanted and basically he just brushed it off because he said he already sent in paperwork to workers comp and kind of got rude with me for doing what my on site medical rep told me to do . This has made the 2nd time I have tried to talk to this dr about my restrictions and what amazon wanted . As of right now I reall... read more
