So far everybody has been so caring and treatments have been good; however, when it comes to chemo lacking in the caring department. Last week on first chemo was receiving treatment until midnight. My husband and I are elderly & cant see good at night felt this is disrespectful. Yesterday went to get the shot after chemo not one person in waiting area, it took 45 minutes for them to call me back why I don't know wasn't anyone in the rooms so why the long wait. I just recently started coming to MD Anderson and I have received top of the line care. All of the staff I have come in contact with have been extremely nice and have treated me like family. This is how people are supposed to be treated. I live in Louisiana and I've been told for many years to go to Houston if I wanted good medical help. Well I should have listened a long time ago. Great staff, great service!! Couldn't ask to be in a better place for medical care!
it is one of the best cancer centre in the US. The staff and doctors are caring, very knowledgeable and up to date on the latest medical updates. Fell blessed to be treated by MDA .
