Was cured there in 1988. This new cancer cropped up around Thanksgiving 2019. My PCP sent me for surgery immediately and after an excision of one lymph node we watched others and surgery on January 2, 2020 revealed the malignancy. I went to MDACC a few weeks later began treatment within a few days and was declared in remission by July. Awesome place! Awesome staff! The way they coped with covid was inspired.

My friend Whitney Denae Qualls is at MD Anderson right now and is not being attended to as well as she should be. Her stomach is swollen which would clearly concern anyone. The Dr in the video shows absolutely no compassion and no concern. Whitney tells the Dr you need to figure out what is going on inside of my stomach and responds saying " if and when" as if ... read more

They claim they care about people, they only care about how much money they can squeeze out of them. It was almost a 9hr drive for us to bring my Dad down each time, they wanted to do a consultation in person to go over his results. We simply asked for a phone consultation or Skype consultation to go over the results, and they absolutely refused to accommodate us.

Business response:

Chad, we’re so sorry to hear that your experience wasn’t exceptional. We’d like to look into this. Please send us more details, including your Dad’s full name, and date of birth, at social@mdanderson.org.
