This is the worst organization to deal with. They prey on dying people and their families. They make you send records at your expense and then charged your insurance company like they did something and all they have done is review the records. The staff is so courteous and friendly and nice oh my everyone who you come in contact with has a smile on they're face ,and they truly care about the patient and goes far above and beyond the call of duty with they're patients as well as they're family's. I love , love, love, love this place . I have met families that traveled way from Washington DC , to go to this place and some that take 5 and 6 hour drive they are worth it .
The best place in the world for cancer treatment!! No other place equals to or better than.
On our fourth trip here, and after interacting with so many of the employees I am simply amazed at the consistency of positive, caring attitudes. Not once have we met an employee who has acted like we were a burden or that they were "just doing their job." Most have gone above and beyond in their service. Obviously I wouldn't wish cancer on anyone, but I would recommend MD Anderson to anyone that has it. Certainly a light in an otherwise dark situation.
I am greatful to Dr. DeMonte. My beautiful mother is a survivor as God sat by her side and guided the medical team through her brain surgery. ♡THANK YOU MD ANDERSON CANCER CENTER♡
