From the appt makers to intake, nurses, specialists and billing, KU Med has been pretty darn flawless! We've been to other hospitals and the #1 hard thing was billing. Not only has KU Med gotten us two grants to cover deductibles but there has never been a bill I had to fight for, they did the fighting! ❤️💙 Rock Chalk!
The hospital is one of the best for cancer research and technology. They are on the cutting edge of new programs for every type of cancer, and clinical trials. I would highly recommend contacting UK Cancer center if you have any problems.
I highly recommend them. They are very skilled and very caring. They take the time to explain things well. They treat you with respect and understanding.
I was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer at just 17 yrs old. When I was 19 I heard about Gamma and I was patient # 1257 and just wanted to say I'm still alive now im 35 yrs I wanna say thank you all at KU Cancer Center ❤️

Hands down the worst cancer center. My father-in-law has been there for over a week and has not yet been given a diagnosis. After an MRI, the Drs couldn't agree if the tumor in his brain was operable or not, or if there is 1 or 2 tumors. A scope was done to remove some tissue from his lungs for histology, we were told the results were and there was going to be a consultation....nobody showed.
